REVOLVE TOUR
Coming February 20-21, 2009- A Conference for Teen girls 6th-12th grade (and Moms too). We would love to take a group of teen girls to this exciting and live-changing conference. If interested, see MeLissa or Cindy. Keep watching the NNN and bulletin for details.

GROUP FOR GIRLS
American Heritage Girls (AHG) is a Christian scouting group for girls K-12 and is forming a new troop at Mountain Springs Church. An informational meeting will be held at MSC on November 3 at 6:30 pm. Contact Robin Shoulders for questions (www.ahgonline.org).

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY SCHEDULE
Connections Hour – Grades 1-6 will meet together in PreSchool room (6th graders may also choose to attend Connections with the youth group.)

Service Hour – Grades 1-3 will meet together in PreSchool room. Please note that they will not be meeting on Communion Sundays

Service Hour - 0-Kindergarten will meet together in the Nursery room.

SOPHOMORES!
Do you consider yourself a sophomore? Not in high school, but in life. You’re not a senior (senior citizen, that is) or even a junior (middle age), but you’re not in college either. So, if you fall in that 20s-30s and early 40s age-group, join our sophomores group. We’ll be having events periodically. See Shea and MeLissa.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Ladies, we are continuing to gather items for the folks in the nursing home for Christmas. Please give those items to Cindy, Bev, or Becky Householder. Let's love on those who may be forgotten this Christmas.

MEN'S MINISTRY
They say that living life as a 21st century man is like an island: The waves of temptation flow all around and it seems like we are alone. If you would be interested in being involved in a Men's Bible Study with the idea of encouraging one another as men, see Pastor Greg.

THANKSGIVING MEALS
During November, our church will collect turkeys for needy families through Northern Churches Care (NCC). Our goal is to give at least 50 turkeys. See Betty Reinke for details!

REACHING YOUR NEIGHBORS
Christmas Gatherings are parties that feature seasonal goodies, sharing of Christmas traditions and a brief, non threatening talk on the meaning of Christmas. Please contact MeLissa if you are looking for a way to reach out this Christmas.
